I was afraid I would have to buy a completely new model kit after I had lost a couple pieces. Luckily, I was able to find PicoSolutions. Other print shops only provided support for very large scale projects - PicoSolutions was there to help me out.The team was friendly and nailed the details. I walked in with a couple samples of what I needed printing, then their team designed the pieces on the computer and printed them out. These pieces had very specific measurements, and they worked with me to get it just right. Not only did they help me with the build - I also very much enjoyed talking to them about how 3d printing works and all the work they're doing in the community. They set aside some time for my (not so dire) situation while they were busy working on a large project for local schools.
